Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed in the order they’re received.
Orders placed Sunday through Friday will ship out on Saturday of that same week.
You’ll get an order confirmation email after checkout, and a tracking email once your package has been handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Amanda LaShay Chic Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address, postal delays, weather, or carrier handling once the order has been scanned in.

Processing Times
During high-volume sales or new drops, processing may take a little longer — but we’re always working to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your pieces. Unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached may be eligible for exchange or boutique credit within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange, email us at info@amandalashay.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item
• The reason for the return (sizing, damage, etc.)

We’ll respond with the next steps.

Important Notes:

• Items must be in new condition: no wear, no stains, no perfume, no deodorant marks.
• We do not offer cash refunds at this time. Approved items receive either an exchange or a boutique credit.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale and marked-down items
• Clearance / promotional items
• Bodysuits, intimates, or anything listed as “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery at info@amandalashay.com with photos so we can make it right.

Your information is safe with us. We do not sell or share your personal information.

Fraud Notice
All orders are subject to review. Fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or claims of non-delivery after confirmed tracking may result in order cancellation and/or investigation.
